The lensbaby optic set comes with four 'lenses' with five options pinhole, zone plate, plastic, single glas and double glas The images below show the same motif with the different lenses Just a quick example of the overall effect at extremes Pinhole / Zoneplate Plastic full aperture & at f/22 Single glass full aperture & at f/22 Double glass full aperture & at f/22 Some pictures experimenting with the Lensbaby pinhole optic. All images 'straight' from the camera the only postprocessing applies is - removal of sensor spots which really show up with a pinhole - correcting lens distortion - straightening the horizon Getting the composition right is quite a hassle since the viewfinder is almost completely blacked out at f/170. It takes a while to see anything at all in the viewfinder letting my eye get used to the darkness... |
